10th Puchon International Student Animation Festival held in Boksagol Cultural Center in Bucheon, Nov. 7(Fri) - 11(Tues) 2008 under the slogan of "New Generation, New Trend, New Creativity and New Digital Paradigm" to promote creativity by discovering student/Indie directors and screening their works and create world class education environment for cartoon and animation through workshop and educational convention.
